Aspire Debate Rwanda is a youth centered and led non profit organisation founded in 2014 with zeal to empower, instill critical thinking skills and create an enabling space for youth to actively participate, engage and influence policy formulation and programs that strengthen national transformation agenda.
We are dedicated to helping our clients and beneficiaries reach their maximum potential by providing tools that directly impact critical thinking and leadership presence.
This program helps in-school youth develop English communication skills and basic digital competencies for the modern workforce. It builds confidence in speaking, writing, and using digital tools essential for employment. Through interactive learning, students gain practical experience to enhance their job readiness. Ultimately, the program prepares them to succeed in a competitive work environment.
We believe although today youth are more engaged, smart and independent, they are scarcely informed on issues capable of hindering them from achieving their potential. The increasing digitisation of their life is obscuring their focus and it is breeding an element of disconnection which can impede them from developing and coming up with solutions or policies that are attending to the real issues affecting the communities that they are coming from. So our advocacy and awareness campaigns are not only focusing on making the world a better place for youth and it takes in account to remind them, their identity and communities they are living in. We want to have a well informed grounded youth on Gender Justice promotion, SRHR, Community Health Communication (CHC) and Climate Change
This program supports out-of-school youth by providing essential tools, resources, and training to enhance their employability, entrepreneurship, and economic independence. Through practical skills development, participants gain the knowledge and confidence needed to secure jobs or start their own businesses. The program includes hands-on training in communication, financial literacy, and digital skills, ensuring they are equipped for today’s economic landscape. By fostering innovation and self-reliance, it empowers young individuals to create sustainable livelihoods and contribute to their communities. Ultimately, this initiative aims to break barriers to economic opportunities, giving out-of-school youth a pathway to success.

There are many controversial topics in our society and everybody has a unique perspective regarding that issue so it becomes necessary to try and provide safe space for people to express their views and opinions in the community.
