This program helps in-school youth develop English communication skills and basic digital competencies for the modern workforce. It builds confidence in speaking, writing, and using digital tools essential for employment. Through interactive learning, students gain practical experience to enhance their job readiness. Ultimately, the program prepares them to succeed in a competitive work environment.

We believe although today youth are more engaged, smart and independent, they are scarcely informed on issues capable of hindering them from achieving their potential. The increasing digitisation of their life is obscuring their focus and it is breeding an element of disconnection which can impede them from developing and coming up with solutions or policies that are attending to the real issues affecting the communities that they are coming from. So our advocacy and awareness campaigns are not only focusing on making the world a better place for youth and it takes in account to remind them, their identity and communities they are living in. We want to have a well informed grounded youth on Gender Justice promotion, SRHR, Community Health Communication (CHC) and Climate Change
