Mr. Adam Valens Kiberwa, is a Rwandan educationalist with expertise in early childhood development. He serves as an Early Childhood Development Specialist for USAID’s Inclusive Nutrition and ECD Program and previously held the role of Education and Early Childhood Project Manager at Plan International. He holds a degree from the University of Rwanda, College of Education.
