David Ntambiye, the Founder and Executive Director of Aspire Debate Rwanda, is a seasoned Debater and youth advocate. With a degree in Quantity Surveying, he has been driving impactful youth debate initiatives across Africa since 2012. He chairs the East African Debating Council and served as Secretary General of the Pan African Movement Youth Commission, demonstrating leadership in both educational and youth engagement platforms.
